We order our first batch of company t-shirts for our painters, carpenters, and leads. We had three colors for our shirt order. The logo and layout was from another shirt… they nailed it! Excellent quality shirts, the customer service was professional and courteous bar none, project was timely, they were patient with changes, and they confirmed all the way that the project was exactly what I wanted. The price was not cheap but fair for everything they do! Well worth my order. Can’t wait to order batch two.

I've been working with them for years, and have zero complaints. Zero. None. They're fast, responsive, and detail-oriented. They make it really easy to approve orders and keep individual orders separate -- so if I have T-shirts, hoodies, and hats all ordered around the same time, I know what I'm approving and have an email paper trail. I have used them for several years at the hotel I work for. Very professional, prompt and friendly. We have got many items embroidered. I still wear several garments that have been washed upwards of 50 times each and the name's they've embroidered are still as crisp as the day I picked them up. I would recommend them 11 times out of 10.

What a fantastic embroidery done on my jacket!!! My company logo was sewn in above my left pocket and the slogan on the right sleeve. My coworkers are extremely jealous. This was top notch. Great experience with screen print nw out of everett wa. Great customer service, great communication throughout the whole process, orders done in a timely manner, and T-shirts and hooded sweatshirts they provide are comfortable and of good quality. Cotton and cotton/fleece will shrink about a size for future reference. Just picked up my 2nd order from them and very happy with them and would refer them to anyone, especially after doing my research and choosing them

The shirts came out perfect! Great customer service and great product! This is the second time I’ve gotten t-shirts here. They made them look exactly the way I wanted them, they showed me a preview and that’s the way they turned out. They made them pretty fast too. It only took about two weeks from me approving the design to completion.There is parking out in front and they loaded them in my vehicle.

What are your order minimums?
Our order minimum for screen printing is 24. Our minimum for embroidery is 6. For promotional products, the minimum order quantity varies, but our promo expert can always find a comparable item should you need a different quantity.
What is your turnaround time?
Our average turnaround time for screen printing and embroidery is two weeks from when you approve your digital proof and quote.
For promotional product orders, turnaround time may vary slightly depending on which reputable vendor we source your items from to be able to brand them in-house.
Can you ship my order? How long does it take and how much does it cost?
Yes, we can ship nationally and internationally! The shipping time and cost will depend on where we are shipping to, but we will always let you know when we send you a quote estimate for your approval.
If you are local to Everett, WA, you are welcome to pick up your order at our shop in Downtown Everett at 2526 Colby Ave.
Can I bring in my own shirts for you to print on/embroider?
We no longer accept customer-provided garments in order to maintain speedy timelines and consistent, accurate, and organized quality-control practices in our shop.
If you have an account with SanMar and secured unique pricing for your business, please share this with us and we will be happy to price match our garments as a courtesy.
From where do you source your garments/blanks?
We have partnered with SanMar and S&S Activewear to offer the highest quality garments for our printing processes.
Can you Pantone-match the colors of my logo/design?
Absolutely! We use a three-step process to match every order’s brand colors precisely:
- Get your codes: We start with your brand’s Pantone codes if you have them, or find the closest match to your RGB/CMYK brand colors using Adobe.
- Verify accuracy: We cross-check those codes against Pantone’s online mixing tool.
- Hand-mix the match: Using our official Pantone swatchbook, we hand-mix your exact brand colors for a true match.
The same goes for embroidery. We translate your Pantone codes into the closest matching thread color from our growing library of 125 spools.
Should I choose screen printing, heat press, or embroidery for my project?
All these methods of decoration produce long-lasting, vibrant, and crisp results.
Screen printing: best for logos/designs with 5 or less colors
Heat press: best for logos/designs with 6+ colors, gradients, or photo-realistic imagery
Embroidery: best if you want a raised look and texture, no color limits
How many colors can you screen print per design?
We can screen print up to five colors per design or logo.
If you have a design that features gradients or more than five colors, we also offer the option of a DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat transfer, where you design is printed onto a specialized film with a high-def printer that is heat-pressed onto your garments.
How long does a print last?
Because our inks are flexible and properly temperature-cured, your screen printed designs will last 100 washes or more with proper care. Heat pressed designs offer similar longevity, as we use industrial-grade heat transfer film and a professional heat press to ensure maximum durability.
Can you help me prepare my file for print?
Yes, we can! Our in-house graphic designer can help recreate .jpeg or .png file types into a vector file, which can be scaled to any size without losing quality, making it the perfect file type for screen printing. Read more about this here.
Can you digitize my logo for embroidery?
We can absolutely digitize your logo for embroidery. We can digitize just about any design for $25, depending on its complexity and size. Just send us your artwork so we can take a look for you.
