Our order minimum for screen printing is 24. Our minimum for embroidery is 6. For promotional products, the minimum order quantity varies, but our promo expert can always find a comparable item should you need a different quantity.

Our average turnaround time for screen printing and embroidery is two weeks from when you approve your digital proof and quote.

Yes, we can ship nationally and internationally! The shipping time and cost will depend on where we are shipping to, but we will always let you know when we send you a quote estimate for your approval.

Absolutely! We use a three-step process to match every order’s brand colors precisely:

1. Get your codes: We start with your brand’s Pantone codes if you have them, or find the closest match to your RGB/CMYK brand colors using Adobe.
2. Verify accuracy: We cross-check those codes against Pantone’s online mixing tool.
3. Hand-mix the match: Using our official Pantone swatchbook, we hand-mix your exact brand colors for a true match.

The same goes for embroidery. We translate your Pantone codes into the closest matching thread color from our growing library of 125 spools.

All these methods of decoration produce long-lasting, vibrant, and crisp results.

Screen printing: best for logos/designs with 5 or less colors
Heat press: best for logos/designs with 6+ colors, gradients, or photo-realistic imagery
Embroidery: best if you want a raised look and texture, no color limits

We can screen print up to five colors per design or logo.

If you have a design that features gradients or more than five colors, we also offer the option of a DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat transfer, where you design is printed onto a specialized film with a high-def printer that is heat-pressed onto your garments.

Because our inks are flexible and properly temperature-cured, your screen printed designs will last 100 washes or more with proper care. Heat pressed designs offer similar longevity, as we use industrial-grade heat transfer film and a professional heat press to ensure maximum durability.

Yes, we can! Our in-house graphic designer can help recreate .jpeg or .png file types into a vector file, which can be scaled to any size without losing quality, making it the perfect file type for screen printing. Read more about this here. 

We can absolutely digitize your logo for embroidery. We can digitize just about any design for $25, depending on its complexity and size. Just send us your artwork so we can take a look for you.
